Beginning on Friday, September 2, GuocoLand will begin previews for its Lentor Modern integrated mixed-use property. Prices start at S$1,880 per square foot (psf). The preview phase will run from 02 September 2022 to 12th September. Showflats will then be closed for consolidation of preview phase buyers. The official launch of sales will be held on 17th September 2022. Only buyers that had submitted a Expression of Interests prior to 12th September will be invited to purchase on Launch Day. In the Lentor neighborhood, this will be the first launch of a private condominium in more than 20 years.
